About these terms

These terms are issued by CityHavenPro, Avenida da Liberdade 110, 1250-146 Lisbon, Portugal ("CityHavenPro", "we"), and govern your use of this website. Management services are provided under a separate written agreement; where documents differ, the signed agreement prevails for the services it covers.

Use of this website

This site is for general information about our services. You agree to use it lawfully and not to disrupt or misuse it. Content is provided in good faith and may be updated at any time.

No guarantee of outcome

Nothing here promises rental income, occupancy or return. Any rent figures are indicative estimates based on market conditions, not guarantees.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. A management relationship begins only when a written agreement is signed and its conditions met. Quotes are indicative until confirmed.

Fees

Fees are set out in your agreement or written proposal and, unless stated, exclude applicable taxes. We do not charge fees not agreed with you in advance.

Intellectual property

The CityHavenPro name, the design of this website, its text and graphics are our property or used with permission and may not be reused without our written consent, except as permitted by law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from use of this website. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Portuguese law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Portugal and the courts of Lisbon have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
